He was born on May 16, 1982 to an American father and a Filipino mother. He was first discovered at a bowling alley dancing on a bowling allely table. That lead him to a starring role on a TV commercial. His success followed quickly! Billy was inspired by Micheal Jackson. He became a regular cast memeber of the weekly veriety show, That's Enterainment, a show Billy stared in for 8 years! WOW!! (that is a long time!!). At the age 12, Billy and his family moved to the United States. They were relocated in Texas. After appearing in a troupe of dancers backing Micheal Jackson at the MTV Music Awards, Billy sang the theme song and even opened up for the Children's Chocie Awards which featured apperances by LL Cool J, Brandy and Queen Latifah.
