He was born on May 16, 1982 to an American father and a Filipino mother. He was first discovered at a bowling alley dancing on a bowling allely table. That lead him to a starring role on a TV commercial. His success followed quickly! Billy was inspired by Micheal Jackson. He became a regular cast memeber of the weekly veriety show, That's Enterainment, a show Billy stared in for 8 years! WOW!! (that is a long time!!).
